Your Claim Form must reach us by the deadline. If you post it, the postmark date is what counts.
The main deadline
13 September 2027 11:59 pm Pacific Time
Claims received by this date are considered for the Primary Fund.
The second deadline
11 September 2028 11:59 pm Pacific Time
Claims received after the first deadline but by this date are considered for a smaller Secondary Fund.
If you miss both deadlines
You will not be able to make a claim.
How the date is worked out

| By post | The postmark date on the envelope, not the day it reaches us |
If you are posting your form close to the deadline, keep proof of posting.
Do not wait
Filling in the Claim Form takes time, and you may want to gather documents or ask someone to help you. If you think you may be able to claim, start now rather than close to the deadline.
